Find your own accident case study where there was inadequate mission planning and/or briefings that contributed to a mishap. Often times in a mishap it is hard to have just one factor that caused the accident. Usually it takes a series of events to line up for an accident to happen.
In a 2-3 page paper give a brief description of the accident and explain what mission planning/briefing deficiencies were involved with the accident. Be sure to support your observations and include any references.
