ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on investigation of ergonomic workplace design and its impact on organizational performance with special in-depth analysis in the wood-work department. The purpose of the paper is to share some important insights about previously proposed findings on ergonomic workplace design and its impact on organizational performance.
