Sentencing and punishments
Do you think that the sentences (punishments) we hand out to lawbreakers in England and Wales are appropriate? Or are they too harsh, or not harsh enough? What do you think about the way in which sentences are calculated? Is this appropriate or should sentencers have more discretion?
