Name of the book: Ben Franklin’s 12 Rules of Management, by Blaine McCormick.
This book reviews the life of Ben Franklin not as a politician but as a business manager. Franklin was one of the most influential and successful business owners in Colonial America. He was so successful that he could retire at the age of 42 to pursue other interests, including politics. The principles that he followed to success are still applicable today. A lot can be gained about a principled approach to managing businesses from reading this book. This book is highly recommended, especially for anyone who may someday want to run their own business.

d. A SUMMARY of the paper-a brief (one or two paragraphs) summary restating the key learning points, your learnings, and their importance. The paper should have a cover page and an abstract.
