a). Design a modular training course based on a training need identified in your work organisation, or a pastime, a hobby, a sport, or any topic that you are familiar with.
b). The course should have a minimum of three modules.
c). Design one lesson plan.
d). Prepare a formative evaluation for the lesson.
e). Each module and the lesson should have aims, and learning outcomes, as well as the overall course aims and outcomes.
