Based on what you have found the literature, describe the problem in some detail, how it is currently being addressed in the field, reflect on whether you believe this is sufficient, and identify one or more areas of need. For example, “to address difficulties in school to work transition for adolescents and young adults with developmental disabilities there is a need for comprehensive employability skills education and/or supported employment programs.” Be sure to use literature to support your statements
