1:2 REFER It is good to see information on theoretical models – Lenience has been outlined looking at Group Dynamics and the Conflict resolution model outlined is the TI model. It is good to see an example of how TI can be used in a real situation. ACTION: To fully cover this criteria please start by referring to lesson 2 and identify a formal or informal group that you have participated in. This then needs to be related to the Tucuman model that has been described. 2 Models need to be presented for Conflict Resolution. Please provide another model in addition to the TI model, an example for the second model also needs to be added.
