TASK DESCRIPTION
• Produce a formal report which is to consider the critical analyses of the impact of beliefs, attitudes and values on workplace behaviour.
• Identify a management theory relevant to your role, evaluate its modern day relevance and critically assess its impact on your own beliefs, values and attitudes.
A demonstration of an ability to develop strong arguments is required in the report. The assignment tasks should be related to either your current organisation, or if not currently working within an organisation, you may complete this task in relation to an organisation with which you are familiar. This could include experience working in a voluntary capacity.
