Use the content attached in separate document to prepare an outline for the final project. Please use sentences to describe content for the topic noted.

In the outline define the problem and ask questions that you would want to address by reading about the topic.

General Outline Format – Suggested approach:

1. Introduction – What is the topic? Describe the problem that you wish to address. How does the problem affect organizations? Employees? Define any special terminology so that your reader understands what you are discussing.
   1. Describe the topic (Provided in the attached so use this for details in the outline)
   2. Describe the problem
   3. Why are you interested in this topic?
2. Background Information – In this section you will describe the major research that has been done on the topic related to your topic. Also include descriptions of issues that need to be addressed.
   1. First major author/research study description
      • Question
      • Research conducted
      • Results
   2. Second major author/research study description
      • Question
      • Research conducted
      • Results
   3. Third major author/research study description and so on
   4. Discuss how the results of these studies provided information that enhances the overall knowledge.
   5. Discuss what information has not been provided to address the problem or question

• Potential Research Project – Describe one or more ideas of how to gather more information and collect data.
  1. Potential sources of data that might be collected
  2. Ways that the data might be collected
  3. How the research might address an issue needing social change
  4. Feasibility of these research ideas
     • Issues to be addressed
     • Ideas to consider to overcome obstacles
  5. Conclusion – Summarize the major points in the research literature you reviewed. Mention possible research approaches and their feasibility
     1. Describe the Problem you identified
     2. Summarize and highlight Major research you reviewed
     3. Briefly describe Potential research ideas and feasibility of the ideas
  6. References – 10 references taken from your readings in the course

NOTE:  The abstract should be no longer than 50 words. No table of contents is needed.
