Leadership Interview & Analysis

Assignment I  (43pts)

 

Students will be required to interview and analyze the leadership style of a selected leader and submit a written summation of findings. Identify a leader in healthcare that you admire and conduct an interview about his or her personal best leadership experience and complete a write-up of the interview.   Paper should be 5 pages in length (does not include cover page or references) in APA format. Student may use the suggested questions below or develop other questions.  Use the grading rubric to structure the paper.
