In this assignment, you will need to develop a change management plan, specifying a detailed response to the problem situation identified in the case study presented in class, and online.
You haven’t been given much information about what should be in a change management plan, so one of your tasks will be to research this, and design the kind of plan that addresses important factors in this case. There’s no shortage of plan templates that are readily available. You will need to look up different kinds of  change management plans, critically consider what the differences are, and make a judgement about the most suitable kind of plan for the problem situation in this case.
There is no ‘best’ plan template, only ones that are more or less effective at communicating important factors.
In this assignment, you will have to:
1. Identify the problems in the case and what has caused them;
2. Suggest alternative courses of action to alleviate the problem situation;
3. Provide a detailed change management plan of action associated with the preferred option;
4. Justify why you have structured your change management plan in this
particular way, and why you have focused on some aspects of change theory instead of others, with reference to the literature.
The majority of your assignment should be devoted to Part 3, the change management plan.
