This is our last week with an assignment. I wanted to highlight a few key details from this week’s menu that you should consider when creating it.

2. Including serving sizes earns you points.
3. highlighting National Guidelines that coincide with your menu earns you points. Think of the nutrition label and recommended daily percentages on the back of packaged foods.
4. food safety- how will you store it and serve it to prevent food spoilage and germs?
