For your Main post this week, you will research either ancient or existing moraines (geological formations shaped by movement of glaciers) then select a moraine and research its history, explaining how and when it came into existence.
*Do not repeat a moraine that has already been addressed by a classmate.*
Identify a moraine
What type of moraine is it? Explain how the moraine you identified fits into this type of moraine.
Location. Provide as much detail as possible: continent, country, state/province, and city if possible.
When was the moraine formed? Over what period was it formed?
Discuss any unique information about the location such as whether it is a tourist attraction, an agricultural area, or some other unique aspect of the moraine.
