- Examine the picture carefully and do a critical analysis of it, making sure that it covers the following elements:
- a) Define what a world view is, and describe the prevalent Canadian world view.
- b) Explain how the photo relates to the prevalent Canadian world view.
- c) Discuss the hidden meaning in the photo using at least two of the following perspectives: political, cultural, economic, and/or social.
- d) Explain how the message in the photo can be understood as both true and false, and by whom.
- e) Describe how the photo could be adapted to better represent the Canadian experience.
- Using Microsoft Word and an 11-point Arial font, write a 1,200-word (±20%) article, in essay style. Start by creating a complete outline which you will subsequently develop into an essay containing an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. You may use material from all modules, and you must use the appropriate terminology and concepts to justify your interpretation.
- Refer to at least three readings and one video to support your position. Be sure to properly cite all the sources you use and include a reference page at the end of your essay (this is not part of your word-count).
