Have you ever seen something in practice that you have wanted to change? If so, and if evidence supports the change you would like to make, this is your opportunity to write a practice change proposal.
You should identify a practice change and a suitable alternative approach appropriate for your area of practice that you would like to see piloted/introduced in your workplace.
Develop your idea into a proposal suitable for submission to your practice setting .
The practice setting is in a cardiology ward.
Follow the harvard UTAS referencing , it is different to just Harvard referencing.
Make sure that the part where you have write literature review , make sure that part is peer reviewed.
